A manufacturing engineer by training, Marcus spent 15+ years leading machining and engineering teams at NMG Aerospace, Summit Automation, and Global Superabrasives before co-founding Phenx in 2023. He runs a shop where the people programming the machines, measuring the parts, and standing behind every shipment are the same people who answer the phone.
